Dale Metzger was raised in the beautiful Black Hills in Lead South Dakota. He joined the Parkwood team in 2010, and since that time he has worked full-time as the Head Maintenance Technician. As of late 2014, Dale has assumed the role of On-Site Manager for Parkwood. Dale’s leadership and management expertise are what help distinguish Parkwood as a leader in quality living and service

Jenece Brown spent all her life here in Washington State. She joined the Parkwood team in mid 2020 as the Office Manager. She comes to us with over 20 years of administrative & contract management experience, as well as proven Customer service skills. Jenece's desire to provide unmatched services and focused work ethic are the reason Parkwood is a premier living community.

The Gibson Family has held Parkwood Community since 1999. They love the beauty of the greater Washington area but their primary appreciation is for the friendly folks of Parkwood. The Gibson Family enjoys spending time in the community and always finds the frequent visits with the residents and staff to a great pleasure.
